When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), then delivered in 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or an alternative reliable carrier. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, with no additional charges at checkout.
Can I return this item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition where possible. To start a return, email info@kestrelvane.com with your order number and reason for return, our team will send you instructions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed only before they enter processing. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes, but you can still return it after delivery under our Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
