When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), then delivered in 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or an alternative reliable carrier. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, with no additional charges at checkout.
Can I return this item?
Yes. You have30 daysfrom delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition where possible. To start a return, email info@kestrelvane.com with your order number and reason for return. Can I cancel or change my order?
