Love it
Wasn't sure when I ordered but it's really lovely on. Wore it out for lunch yesterday with jeans and boots, so easy to style.

Description
Women's puffer jacket with a faux fur hood, quilted body, double zip and a water resistant outer, made for cold winter days.
Soft at the Hood. Serious About the Cold.
The quilted puffer body and warm, lightweight lining keep the cold out on long commutes and winter walks, without the weight of a heavy coat. A faux fur trimmed hood frames the face and adds cover when the wind picks up. The double zip closes snugly for extra protection, and the fit leaves room to move freely in town or on a weekend walk.
Why Women Choose This Puffer Jacket
- Faux fur hood - soft around the face and extra cover in wind and drizzle.
- Quilted puffer body - holds warmth evenly, so it stays warm without feeling bulky.
- Double zip - seals out the cold and adjusts easily when you sit or drive.
- Water resistant outer - shrugs off light rain, so a winter coat still looks neat by evening.

Really helpful
Couldn't decide between two sizes so I emailed them. Got a nice reply explaining the measurements, went with the bigger one and glad I did.

Did take longer to arrive than I thought. I emailed to check and they got back to me. Happy with it now it's here though.

Thank you!
Put my old postcode in by mistake 🤦♀️ emailed as soon as I noticed and they managed to sort it before it went out. Very grateful.

A little roomy
Nice piece, although bigger on me than I expected. Keeping it because I quite like the relaxed look with the sleeves turned up.

Helpful about returning
Didn't suit me unfortunately. Asked about sending it back and got clear instructions. Shame as I really liked the colour.
