When will my order be delivered?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom. There are no standard delivery charges, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Can I return this item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging where possible. Please email info@kestrelvane.com with your order number, name and reason for return before sending anything back. Our team will then send you the return authorisation, the return address (our returns centre in China) and instructions.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after your return has been received and inspected. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they enter processing. Please email info@kestrelvane.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes, but you can still request a return after delivery under our Refund Policy.
